As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within specified timelines and budgetary constraints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed successfully and meet the company's objectives.

Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods and work standards. Defines "best practice" for the shop floor. Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, and designs manufacturing layout of equipment and workplace for maximum efficiency, safety, and ergonomic condition. Uses “Lean” manufacturing processes and is available for Kaizen events as needed.

This role provides technical design support in developing and deploying automation equipment utilizing SCADA, Robotics, HMIs, PLCs, and a variety of other controls and communications techniques.

As a Hayward Senior Project Manager, this position will manage and execute both product design and Software developments from concept through volume production in a cross-functional team environment to ensure that the highest levels of design quality, reliability and performance are observed.

The HVAC Lab Technician will be a member of the Product Engineering Team and support the production and quality teams through as needed and through the completion of projects.

Paramount also has a reputation for providing the best customer service in our industry – we are customer obsessed.   Reporting to Hayward Pool Products Engineering Manager in Phoenix, AZ, with technical direction from the Sr. Manager of Global Engineering Services, the Mechanical Designer has responsibility for collaborating with Product Design Engineers for the generation of all 2D and 3D SolidWorks/NX CAD files required to describe the products, systems, subsystems or components under development.  The Mechanical Designer will develop and process models for products used with swimming pools relating to in-floor cleaning, sanitization, plastic, and metal fittings.  The Mechanical Designer will be responsible for the assembly fit up of products, systems and subsystems at the assembly level.
