Serves as the first point of contact for production and Operation employees, supervisors, and managers to provide counsel, coaching, and support on safety, HR fundamentals, and employee-related concerns across a multi-shift, high volume manufacturing facility.  Responsible for all aspects of human resources, including safety administration, recruitment and staffing, employee relations, and benefits administration.

This includes collecting, compiling, and entering data in the Workday Payroll system.  You will also work closely with the Benefits Manager on reconciling and processing vendor invoices, 401k funding, Canadian Pension funding and Canadian Benefits reconciliation.
