Focused on financial controls, planning, financial reporting and cost optimization. This role is highly visible throughout the company as Clemmons is the flagship site and corporate headquarters is in nearby Charlotte.In addition to plant operations in Clemmons, this role is also business partner for the central distribution center in Mocksville NC.

This position is based in Charlotte.   The Sr. Finance Analyst will be a key member in the Global FP&A Team with the core responsibilities of analyzing and reporting monthly financial results to the leadership team and Board of Directors, tracking/analyzing key performance indicators, coordinating and managing the planning and forecasting process, and providing ad hoc analyses and reporting. The Sr. Finance Analyst reports to Sr. Manager of FP&A, will take a lead in process improvement, system implementation and automation to help drive FP&A maturity and be involved in strategic initiatives within Finance. It is critical for the individual holding this position to have experience in Corporate Finance and a good understanding of FP&A requirements and processes. Solid financial knowledge, and analytical skills to translate complex financial information to a variety of audiences, and experience to develop critical processes and make changes. This will be a highly visible role with direct interaction with the Finance leadership team and executive team.

As the Finance Manager of Revenue Growth Management, you will be a key contributor to the success of the Revenue Center of Excellence team, providing essential financial analysis, reporting, and insights to drive revenue growth; particularly focusing on customer allowances and rebates in the North America Business Unit. Working closely with the Director of Revenue and cross-functional teams, you will facilitate month-end closing processes, prepare deliverables for the Global FP&A process, and serve as the primary liaison for customer allowance and rebate-related matters across teams. Additionally, you will actively participate in forecasting, SKU rationalization initiatives, and process documentation efforts. This role demands proficiency in financial analysis and big data mining, leveraging a variety of tools, along with a foundational understanding of customer contract interpretation. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, conveying complex financial concepts clearly and effectively. The insights generated by this role will inform key decision-making across the organization, requiring - operational excellence experience and strong technical skills, and financial knowledge to translate complex information into actionable insights for a wide range of stakeholders.    This role is fast-paced and highly visible within the company, offering direct interaction with management teams, Finance, and various departments across the organization at all levels. In addition, the Senior Fixed Asset Manager will participate in other accounting tasks, including month-end activities, preparation of journal entries and reports, and analysis of financial data.
