Under the supervision of our Director of COE Working Capital & Balance Sheet, the Fixed Asset Accountant will be responsible for handling all aspects of maintaining and recording fixed assets and capital leases for our global business. In addition, the Fixed Asset Accountant will participate in other accounting tasks including month-end activities, preparation of journal entries and reports, and analyzing financial data.

The Manager of Accounting and Internal Controls is a highly visible role in the corporate accounting team with diverse responsibilities and the opportunity for career growth. In this role, you will oversee Hayward’s internal controls framework and play a significant role in the Company’s global accounting cycle. You will maintain the company’s accounting policies and lead the adoption of new accounting pronouncements. You will also support the SEC reporting process by managing certain schedules and disclosures in forms 10-Q/10-K. This role may also be a key contributor to the M&A accounting cycle, including the integration of acquired businesses.

The Operations Controller is the financial business partner and finance leader for the three plants in the US (Clemmons, NC; Nashville, TN; Providence, RI). This role has overall financial controllership and analysis responsibility for the plants, which generates $900M in sales for the overall global business. Primary areas of focus include financial controls, planning, financial reporting, and cost optimization. This role is highly visible throughout the company as Clemmons is the flagship site and corporate headquarters is in nearby Charlotte. The Operations Controller regularly interacts with the CSCO, VP of US Operations, and VP of Supply Chain. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, and proficiency in financial management.

As a Senior Financial Analyst of Revenue Growth Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting America's Business Unit by providing financial analysis, reporting, and insights to drive revenue growth. The Lead Supply Chain Data Analyst reports to the VP of Global Supply Chain Finance and will play a pivotal role in improving operational efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing and interpreting supply chain data with advanced tools and technologies. The main responsibilities include providing accurate and timely reports, identifying trends and patterns in the data, and providing current and predictive insights and recommendations for process improvement. The insights generated by this role will inform key decision-making across the organization, requiring - operational excellence experience and strong technical skills, and financial knowledge to translate complex information into actionable insights for a wide range of stakeholders.
This role is fast-paced and highly visible within the company, offering direct interaction with Global Supply Chain management teams, Finance, and various departments across the organization at all levels. The individual holding this position must be able to understand and communicate effectively with diverse audiences, have outstanding storytelling skills to deliver insights to senior management, and champion changes across functions and businesses in promoting data culture.
