The Vice President of Global Supply Chain is responsible for leading the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of the company’s global sourcing and procurement organization. This role oversees the development and execution of supply chain strategies that optimize total acquisition cost, ensure supply continuity, strengthen supplier partnerships, and support the company’s global manufacturing and operational objectives.
Reporting to this role are two Global Directors of Sourcing who manage commodity management teams responsible for procurement activities across key material and service categories. The VP will provide strategic leadership across the entire sourcing function, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational requirements, and long-term growth strategies.
The Vice President will partner closely with Global Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Logistics, and Commercial teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies that improve cost competitiveness, strengthen supply chain resilience, and support product innovation across the company’s global footprint. This position is based in Clemmons, NC.
