Hayward is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our growing marketing and creative team in Charlotte. This internship offers an opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience supporting marketing initiatives for a global consumer products brand.

 

The Marketing Intern will assist with a variety of marketing activities including digital content creation, marketing campaigns, trade show preparation, and brand support. This role will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to support projects that strengthen Hayward’s brand presence and help bring our products to market.

 

This position is onsite at Hayward’s Charlotte headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team with day-to-day marketing initiatives and campaigns

  • Assist with creating marketing materials including presentations, brochures, digital graphics, and promotional assets

  • Help prepare marketing content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates

  • Assist with marketing projects related to product launches, events, and trade shows

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and marketing opportunities

  • Help maintain and organize marketing assets including images, templates, and design files

  • Support cross-functional marketing projects in collaboration with the creative and product marketing teams

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field

  • Strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital content creation

  • Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign) or similar creative tools is a plus

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
