The Total Rewards Analyst is a member of the Total Rewards team supporting Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll by administering total rewards programs, focusing on employee compensation and benefits, as well as payroll support when needed. This role reports to the Manager, Global Compensation.
Compensation:
Analyzes internal and external data to inform salary benchmarks and reviews offers outside of guidelines/ scope.
Supports annual salary planning, bonus cycles, and equity administration.
Assists with maintaining compensation structures and job catalogue.
Benefits:
Supports the administration of employee health, welfare and retirement plans, including enrollments and changes.
Assists with benefits-related analysis/audits, open enrollment, and vendor follow-ups.
Monitors shared email inboxes and responds to employee inquiries or escalates issues as appropriate.
Payroll:
Supports the administration of weekly payroll cycles, testing and year-end activities as needed.
Assists with payroll related analysis and resolutions.
Monitors shared email inboxes and responds to employee inquiries or escalates issues as appropriate.
Compliance & Administration:
Ensures compliance with government employment regulations and policies.
Maintains accurate documentation and operational reports related to compensation and benefits.
Works with payroll and finance to validate compensation and benefits data.
Analysis & Reporting:
Uses analytical skills to evaluate complex compensation and benefits data.
Participates in total rewards surveys and prepares reports on metrics and insights.
Education: Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years practical experience; or equivalent combination of both
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, understanding of HRIS systems
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data sets, identify patterns/trends, and solve problems.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders, including employees, HR business partners, and vendors.
Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in managing processes and data.
Preferred:
Experience with compensation and benefits survey data.
Certifications: Relevant certifications are beneficial.
