Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM) Sr. IT Manager, previously branded as Finance & Operations (F&O), to focus on implementation, optimization, and ongoing support management of our D365 platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ERP solutions, strong project management skills, and the ability to align technology with business objectives. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, gathering and analyzing requirements, designing solutions, configuration, support, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the platform.
· ERP Management: Oversee the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM. Inclusive of system testing and regression testing related to future D365 enhancements and release updates.
· Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a technology roadmap for ERP improvements and integrations to enhance business processes.
· Project Leadership: Manage full-cycle ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
· Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of ERP business analysts and developers, to ensure system stability and innovation.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, supply chain, and other business units to gather requirements and ensure ERP functionality meets business needs.
· Customization & Integration: Oversee the design and implementation of system customizations, integrations with third-party applications, and data migration strategies.
· Security & Compliance: Ensure ERP security, user access controls, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
· Vendor Management: Liaise with Microsoft and other third-party vendors for support, licensing, and enhancements.
· Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced support and issue resolution for ERP-related technical challenges.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
· 8-10+ years of IT management experience, with at least 5 years in MS D365 FSCM ERP management.
· Deep knowledge and experience of Dynamics 365 FSCM, Power Platform, SQL, Azure, and system integrations.
· Knowledge of D365 FSCM configurations, workflows, forms, reports, and integrations with third-party systems.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
· Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
· Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business scenarios and propose practical solutions.
· Excellent troubleshooting abilities to address system and process challenges effectively.
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
· Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
· Certification in D365 FSCM is highly desirable.
· Ability to understand enterprise architectural concepts.
· Ability to effectively manage multiple work streams.
