POSITION SUMMARY
The supply chain Finance Manager reports to the VP of Finance in Global Supply Chain and Operations, will play a pivotal role in improving operational efficiency and effectiveness by providing and analyzing supply chain data with advanced tools and technologies. The main responsibilities include financial controls, planning/budgeting, providing accurate and timely reports, identifying trends and patterns in Commodities and Transportation spend, and providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization and process improvement. The candidate works closely with the VP of Global Supply Chain, Commodity Managers and Transportation and Trade Compliance teams in driving performance and margin improvements. The insights generated by this role will inform key decision-making across the organization, requiring extensive operational experience and technical skills, and financial knowledge to translate complex information into actionable insights for a wide range of stakeholders.
This role is fast-paced and highly visible within the company, offering direct interaction with Global Supply Chain management teams, Finance and various departments across the organization. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, have outstanding story telling skills to deliver insights to senior management, and champion changes across functions and businesses in promoting data culture.
· Assist Commodities and Logistics team in identifying and tracking cost saving opportunities for direct and indirect material as well as duties and transportation spend, analyze and estimate impact from inflation, changes in regulations, market and industries, provide recommendations to mitigate risks and support growth and cost improvements
· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide key performance metrics to Supply Chain management and other stakeholders to measure performance and track progress.
· Support Commodities and Logistics teams during forecasting and budget cycles, providing insight-driven cost outlook, monitor industry trends and market conditions and update forecast on a monthly + quarterly basis.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to supply chain data analysis, provide data insights/recommendations to support strategic decisions.
· Develop and maintain statistical models and predictive analytics to support supply chain planning and decision-making
· Interact regularly with supply chain and operation leadership including creating and presenting recommendations, answering questions, and other requests as needed.
· Provide financial review and screen in supplier and transportation providers, contract reviews, ensure controls, SOX and trade compliance
· Develop presentations and reports for internal customers and auditors.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in global business with working knowledge in main supply chain and/or logistics processes

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· B. S. or B.B.A. in Accounting or Finance, Statistics, Supply Chain Management
· 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain environment
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
SKILLS & ABILITIES
· Proficiency in ERP system and financial system and data analytics, experience in D365 a plus
· Working knowledge in SQL, data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau, Python, Alteryx and Snowflake preferred
