About the Position:
As part of Hayward’s ongoing digital transformation and HR technology strategy, the Senior Workday Lead will play a critical role in enhancing Workday capabilities. Reporting to the Senior Director of HRIS, this position is responsible for executing implementation plans, maintaining system integrity, and driving the continued rollout and adoption of Workday modules.
This role will partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful configuration, testing, and deployment of new Workday functionality. As a subject matter expert, the Senior Workday Lead will support HR staff and business stakeholders across multiple geographies, helping to optimize use of technology and streamline processes.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a global Workday expansion, shape data governance, and ensure the effectiveness and scalability of Workday technology at Hayward. This position will be located in Charlotte, NC.
