We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and collaborate closely with Sales Operations and Marketing Product Management Teams, to elevate our digital presence and advertising performance. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital advertising, analytics and content creation. This role requires expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Magento, and innovative content generation. The successful candidate will drive traffic, improve conversions, and provide actionable insights to support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms, with focus on Google, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytics tools to optimize digital ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations Team to align marketing strategies with advertising objectives and customer UX/UI experience.
  • Create, update, and optimize content within the Magento e-commerce platform, optimizing SEO, SEM and GEO engagement.
  • Generate content for podcasts and AI-driven marketing materials to support content marketing initiatives, may also include production, strategy and collaboration with other teams.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, recommending new strategies and technologies.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and technical teams to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with brand voice and tone.
  • Raise brand awareness & protect brand equity by executing social marketing campaigns
  • Conduct on-going social media market research and competitive analysis
  • Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance to stakeholders.

Core Competencies

  • E-Commerce platforms, including Mar-tech experience.  Experience in Magento Commerce, Salesforce CRM, and Marketing Cloud is preferable.
  • Superior soft skills with seasoned cross-functional communication and Global collaboration competency.
  • Understanding of Manufacturing GTM strategies, B2B principles, sales channel process, industrial customer base(s).
  • Experience managing total solution vendors providing sales-facing portal solutions and technology solution partners.
  • Experience in interpreting data to influence and make strategic decisions.
  • Maintain the corporate social media policy & guidelines
  •  Strong organizational, project management and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of Experience in a Marketing position with a Digital focus from an Industrial Manufacturer is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Seasoned understanding of comprehensive manufacturing GTM requirements when launching new products.
  • Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Acknowledgeable of various Adobe Creative Applications – Creative Suite
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Magento CMS for e-commerce content management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
