Oversee the overall operation of the electro/mechanical manufacturing and assembly environment to ensure continuous flow and on-time delivery of product to the customer at the highest quality and lowest cost within a build to order/build to stock manufacturing environment. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in operating a variety of machines to manufacture parts or products. This is a full-time position – the hours of work are Monday – Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. (40 hours per week). Friday may be required from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. as job duties demand.

The employee will frequently be required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
