Supply Chain Analyst

As the Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to a company's supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies, optimize processes, and recommend improvements aimed at maximizing cost-effectiveness and ensuring timely delivery of products throughout the supply chain, from raw materials to the customer.

• Leverage data analytics to streamline direct / indirect spend and inventory management processes.
• Drive cost efficiencies and optimize supply chain performance by implementing strategic initiatives across vendor and commodities management.
• Assist in the adoption and integration of new technologies, including AI tools, across all facets of the supply chain.
• Collaborate closely with commodity managers, transportation teams, and plant managers to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize advanced tools and technologies to identify potential risk exposures within the supply chain.
• Develop and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies to ensure the resilience and reliability of supply chain operations.
• Use cutting-edge tools and analytics to continually assess and improve supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and the latest industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, or related industry is required.
• Master’s degree in supply chain management, or MBA preferred.
• Two or more years’ experience in a supply chain analyst role or related position.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Project/Negotiation/Contract management skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proved ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively to accomplish objectives as both a team member and team leader.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to generate and work with Excel models while simultaneously implementing new business enterprise systems.
• Ability to travel 15-25% of the time, nationally or internationally as required.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee normally works in an office environment, but occasionally will be required to work in a manufacturing or distribution facility.
