Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China.  This position is based in Clemmons, NC.

 

We’re looking for a Loyalty Specialist to help drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships through innovative loyalty programs. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across teams, leverage customer insights, and create meaningful experiences that reflect our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. 

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do: 

  • Analyze customer feedback and behaviors to identify ways to improve and enhance loyalty programs. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align loyalty initiatives with broader business goals. 
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to resolve issues and improve the customer journey. 
  • Use data and insights to measure program success and recommend adjustments to meet evolving customer needs. 
  • Partner with marketing to promote loyalty programs effectively and inclusively. 

Qualifications

What You Bring: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role focused on loyalty, satisfaction, or program management. 
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and identify trends. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and loyalty platforms (advanced Excel skills are a bonus). 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse customers and colleagues. 
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience working across departments to achieve shared goals.
