Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist

• Manage and resolve collections for domestic and international accounts. 

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve past due accounts. 

• Communicate collection issues with Supervisors, Customer Service, and Sales. 

• Research payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records. 

• Respond to customer inquiries and manage the collections inbox. 

• Escalate critical issues and handle audit/ad hoc requests. 

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred. 

• Experience in high-volume, manufacturing/wholesale credit & collections. 

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. 

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• MS Dynamics is a plus. 

Work Schedule 
This role follows a hybrid schedule: four days in the office and one day remote.
