Position Overview
As the Quality Manager, you will lead all aspects of the Quality function at Hayward’s Rhode Island facility. Acting as a champion for continuous improvement, failure analysis, and risk mitigation, you’ll ensure Hayward products consistently exceed customer expectations. This role is pivotal in maintaining an effective Quality Management System (QMS) and fostering a culture of excellence aligned with Hayward's values of Care, Respect, Lead, and Grow.
