Business Development Manager II

What You’ll Do
This role focuses on new customer acquisition in a specific geographic area, offering high earning potential ($100k–$300k) with monthly commissions. You'll work independently to develop new business leads and convert target customers, with support from Sales Leadership. This position is considering candidates located in Naples/Fort Myers, FL.   

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new customers, driving business growth.
• Analyze market trends to uncover opportunities.
• Represent Hayward at industry events and trade shows.
• Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to meet targets and report progress.

What You Bring

• Primary focus is to convert customers and build new business.
• Proven B2B sales experience with a focus on growth and customer conversion.
• Develops new targets through active prospecting and cold calling activities
• Analyzes market trends and sales data to identify market opportunities for future business.
• Assist the Sales Leadership Team in identifying and accurately forecasting market share opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic selling skills.
• Knowledge of pool equipment, water chemistry, and automated control systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but all relevant experience considered.
