Customer Service Representative

Hayward Holdings Inc. (NYSE "HAYW") is the largest manufacturer of residential swimming pool equipment in the world, with a significant presence in the commercial pool market that is continuously growing. Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heating, cleaners, salt chlorinators, automation, lighting, safety, flow control and energy solutions at our company owned facilities. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China.  This position is based in Clemmons, NC. 

We’re seeking a dynamic, customer-focused individual to support our team at the West Phoenix, AZ facility (8175 W. Buckeye Road). This hybrid position offers 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.

Your Impact:

• Engage with customers: Provide top-notch support to distributors and customers via phone, email, and EDI.
• Solve problems: Manage orders, address pricing and delivery issues, and process credits or replacements quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate: Work with sales, finance, and internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Provide product support: Assist with technical inquiries and warranty issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Balance: Ensure warranty guidelines are met while delivering great customer experiences.

What You Bring:

• A passion for customer service with strong communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B customer service, ideally in a technical or product-based environment.
• A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience with order management systems; Salesforce and AS400 a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
