Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China.  This position is based in Clemmons, NC.

As a key member of our global Human Resources team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive culture, driving talent development, and shaping organizational effectiveness across our diverse global workforce.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Global Talent Strategy: Design and implement a global talent development strategy that reflects our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring all employees have opportunities to grow and thrive.
  • Foster Inclusive Leadership: Partner with senior HR and business leaders to identify talent needs, create strategic talent plans, and bridge workforce gaps. You’ll coach and guide leaders to cultivate a culture of innovation, respect, and collaboration.
  • Champion Cultural Initiatives: Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, build an inclusive workplace culture, and advance our diversity and inclusion goals, aligned with Hayward’s mission and vision.
  • Develop & Empower: Create and implement learning and development solutions that support the growth of our diverse talent pool, empowering employees to contribute to our mission of transforming the experience of water.
  • Enhance Career Pathways: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to define career paths that support diverse talent, strengthen retention, and build robust talent pipelines, ensuring all employees have the tools to succeed.
  • Drive Organizational Excellence: Leverage data-driven insights to assess and improve our talent programs, processes, and strategies, aligning them with Hayward’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Technology Savvy: Proficiency in global HR systems, including recruitment, HRIS, and LMS platforms.
  • Global Perspective: Experience with global HR processes and an understanding of legal requirements in countries beyond the USA is a plus.
  • Educational & Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in HR, focusing on talent management and organizational design. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
