This role is based out of Charlotte, NC. 

 

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for managing the Co-Op Marketing program, and support enhancing the Loyalty program. Responsibilities

Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Co-Op Marketing Program to grow Brand Awareness within the Pool industry through Trade partners
  • Prepare weekly and monthly data/analytics/insights reports for the Loyalty program
  • Support execution and reporting of digital marketing efforts for the Rewards Promo/Comm plan
  • Provide member support for the Rewards Program

 

Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

  • General understanding of digital marketing practices, content/copywriting with SEO, lead gen campaigns
  • Must have strong computer, research, and analytical skills (Basic Excel skills required)
  • Ability to work independently and/or within a team setting
  • Good people skills as this role requires customer service, team player
  • Ability to adhere to multiple deadlines and work with competing priorities
  • Pool industry and loyalty program experience a plus

Education:

B.A. degree from an accredited college or university
