    As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Inside Sales Support for our Flow Control product line, in our Clemmons NC location.



    This position is responsible for providing both technical and administrative support to our customers on all Hayward Flow Control products.



    • Provide technical assistance and product information on all Flow Control product lines to our customers
    • Be the liaison with other departments to coordinate any technical questions for our customers and sales team
    • Manage assigned accounts to ensure that commitments are met and customers are kept informed
    • Enter sales orders into AS400 system
    • Process Return Goods Authorizations, in coordination with our US technical team
    • Provide pricing information as required. Calculations required.
    • Coordinate customer requirements by working closely with the operations, shipping, and sales staff
    • Evaluate and fulfill warranty requests in compliance with warranty protocols
    • Continuously grow technical knowledge on all Flow Control product lines, both through formal training and individual study
    • Provide assistance to customers for all customer service related activities, including but not limited to generation of credit notes, tracking shipments, NAFTA documents, literature requests, etc.
    • Participate in industry trade shows and training seminars as required
    • Provide technical training and materials to other inside staff
    • Assistance with quotations
    • Other duties as assigned



    • A minimum of 3-5 years in a Customer Service, Technical Service or Inside Sales Support environment
    • Bilingual Spanish / English
    • A technical aptitude and willingness to learn
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; extensive use of Excel in particular
    • Excellent communication skills
    • A proven track record for managing clients and difficult situations
    • Ability to prioritize and utilize good judgment in problem solving
    • Demonstrated follow up skills
