    Position Overview:  Responsible to maintain the efficient and accurate flow of material from the receiving area to the production floor.

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Identify and verify quantities of all incoming material
    • Unloading of trucks (UPS & tractor trailers)
    • Assist material control department with receiving material
    • Delivering material to the production floor
    • Perform Cycle Count duties as required
    • Order daily materials from off-site warehouse based on production schedule
    • General upkeep of production and warehouse areas

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Must have attention to detail
    • Awareness of safety and demonstrating safe work habits
    • Maintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalism
    • Provide quality service to internal customers using clear communication skills
    • Ability to adapt to changing conditions
    • Computer experience using word and excel
    • UPS Worldship knowledge
    • Barcode scanner experience
    • Familiar with MRP systems
    • Warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Forklift certification on Reach Truck, 3 Wheel Sit Down, Flexi ( narrow aisle)
    • Punctual and reliable
    • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence required
    • Results oriented and goal driven
    • Trouble shooting abilities
    • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 51 pounds
    • Effective communicator

    Education:

    • High school diploma/GED
    • 5+ or more years of experience
