    Position Summary:

    The successful candidate will use the required skills to assist the Supervisor and Manager in maintaining inventory accuracy and material flow within the Clemmons Facility




    Maintain Inventory Accuracy and Material Flow within the Clemmons facility by performing the following duties


    • Create locations in AS400 for new product as needed
    • Create color cards needed when new product introduced
    • Maintain colored cards used in Clemmons facility. This includes accuracy of card information and replacement
    • Maintain warehouse location accuracy by reconciling audit sheets from drivers as required
    • Reconcile inventory in “virtual locations” on a weekly basis. This includes but is not limited to 08FL01/12TRK01/12TRK02/14DO
    • This position requires a 5 day workweek.
    • Maintain and add new parts to SOWS program. See SOWS guidelines
    • Ensure parts that are not on SOWS program but are needed to meet daily schedules are brought over from outside warehouse in a timely manner and when needed, commuicate and follow through to ensure parts are in the stocking location.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement ideas to improve processes within the Receiving Department
    • Removed cycle count and motor count references from previous job duties
    • Perform periodic review of warehouse locations to ensure we are keeping to “correct material” to support manufacturing. Since “correct material” is related to business conditions this will be an ever changing definition.
    • Fill in for Department absenteeism as necessary
    • This job requires spending time at Outside warehouse to perform cycle counts
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor 



    • High School Diploma or GED; 3-5 years relevant experience perfered (candidates with fewer years of experience will be considered)
    • Must have and maintain a valid NC drivers license, the use of a company vehicle will be required.
