Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the HRIS & Benefits Manager serves as a strategic human resources leader responsible for maintaining the integrity of Hayward’s Ceridian Dayforce HRIS database. Acts as the lead for Dayforce HRIS database to plan, configure, test and implement changes and enhancements to the system as needed in support of our benefit and compensation programs. Ensures our HR systems, Benefits and Compensation plans are competitive, sustainable, scalable, and have an impact on the long and short term performance of the organization.
