Provide flexible operations support to the blow molding department including operation of blow molding machinery and associated finishing equipment, material handling (forklift), work order coordination, mold/machine setup, safety, quality and housekeeping.

Education and Experience:
High school graduate, GED or higher is preferred. At least one year of work experience is desired, working in a manufacturing environment with emphasis on blow molding, assembly, finish packaging, work order coordination and quality verification. Must be experienced driving a forklift, including slip sheet attachment and must be forklift certified via Hayward forklift licensing program.
Must be physically able to perform lifting tasks such as pushing carts, lifting cartons, etc. Will be required to lift boxes, pallets, parts, etc., weighing between 2 and 50 pounds each. Must be able to get on and off the forklift on a frequent basis (2-3 times per hour).
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the
work environment is usually loud. Earplugs must be worn while in the Blow Molding department.
Safety glasses are required while on the plant floor.
